There are always a lot of "ifs" when it comes to collecting on judgment claims. There is no guarantee we can or will collect your judgments but here is how we go about the process of collecting and the enforcement of judgments that are otherwise sitting idle. We start with a Free initial consultation to discuss your case and explain our two level platform.
Below is an outline of how we will begin the work on your claim.
Level 1. Case Evaluation: $250.00 payable in advance:
We conduct a comprehensive data base investigation from our central operations in Omaha, Nebraska, and our regional office that is nearest the debtor (New York, Washington DC, Miami, Dallas, Omaha, Chicago & Los Angeles). Our investigators search for Real Estate Holdings, Banking Relationships, Employment, Personal Property, Financial Status and overall Credit Worthiness. We then present our findings in an action plan along with a fee for your consideration.
Level 2. Seeking further assistance of the courts:
From our findings in Level 1, we will determine what, if any, assets or property are available to satisfy the judgment. To enforce the judgment there are additional costs required by the courts to carry out the seizure and levy of assets. These costs are estimated to be between $350 and $750, which are the responsibility of the judgment creditor and must be advanced before any enforcement actions are taken. The costs are added to the claim and are recoverable from the debtor. Any costs recovered will be refunded to the client. Any money collected will be subject to the following contingency fee:
